Job Description & Requirements
- Manage work permits matters including applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Maintain staff data filing and updating HR systems as required
- HR knowledge specific to construction industry (work permits, MYE, relevant to workers, etc.)
- Ensure training is implemented to ensure all necessary certificates.
- Assist with day to day operations in the department.
- Supporting ad-hoc HR functions when necessary;
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player, friendly and can work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Covid-19 measures in the workplace
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
