You will support the Experience Intelligence, Innovation and Research team in managing KKH's Patient Experience Survey. Your responsibilities will include sorting and facilitating the scanning of survey forms, ensuring timely scanning, and entering data from Patient Experience Forms within set deadlines. Additionally, you will monitor digital survey form submissions and capture compliments for staff.
Requirements:
- Diploma with at 2 years’ experience or Higher NITEC/NITEC/GCE N/O/A with 8 years' experience.
- Pleasant disposition
- Able to record feedback in writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
