Job Scope:
- Assist dealers/clients for documentation and coordination support
- Educate dealers with workflow for product submissions to ensure seamless disbursement
- Monitor approval statuses and handle negotiation requests and feedback
- Manage documents data and reports accurately
- Keep records and documents up to date
- Process on loan application (Hire Purchase Finance and Leasing Association of Singapore (HPFLAS))
- Able react immediately for urgent change in arrangement
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1-year experience in the client servicing and processing role in the automotive industry
- Candidates with no experience also welcomed to apply, will be considered for Administrative Executive role instead
- Experience in Hire Purchase Finance and Leasing Association of Singapore (HPFLAS) or LTA Portal
