Job Description
- Drive P&L: from revenues and growth down to commercial results to ensure the business unit meets its target. This includes conducting forecast monitoring for the business line and performance review with the countries (esp. on top line development, growth opportunities, new products, etc.)
- Market & Customer Intelligence: Understand clients, customers, markets & technology in the business environment through conducting benchmark survey, market intelligence specific to each countries in the region
- Strategic Planning: Fuel central strategy with local/ regional input and localise with countries the business strategy by setting up a clear action plan for the year to achieve results
- Product Planning & Development: Execute centrally defined roadmap and implementing products regionally with key priorities on EV, Digital solutions
- Develop Go-to-Market Strategy: Build and execute go-to-market and optimization strategies. This includes development deployment kits, identification of key target customer segments, distribution channels per country of the region. Co-build prospection plans with local Sales teams
- Sales Enablement: Lead value proposition, tender process and support our sales team across all channels. Organise sales support, preparing tender documents, winning angles, coordinating locally the tender activity
Job Requirements
- 10+ years proven business experience
- Market Management (product development, price, distribution channels etc)
- Finance (Budget, reforecast, performance management)
- Sales
- International experience in managing countries
