The Role

  • Assist in overseeing the management of Admin, Housekeeping, Compliance, Maintenance, and Human Resources.
  • Uphold full compliance with the company’s rules and regulations, and that behavior in the organization meets the company’s standards of conduct and regulatory agency’s requirements on workplace safety.
  • Constantly look out for maintenance, refurbishment, and upgrade of warehouse facilities.
  • To uphold a smooth workflow across the diversified departments.
  • To keep cost expenditure to the essentials in accordance with stipulated requirements
  • Work with stakeholders on streamlining work processes and follow up with continuous improvements.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of facilities and that the facilities in the warehouse are in good working order.

About You

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in MS Excel and conversant with other MS Office applications.
  • Possess good negotiation skills.
  • Diligent, meticulous, detailed, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of SAP Finance would be an advantage.
