Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of technical data submissions for customers
  • Creation of documentation in SAP
  • Generation of material planning reports and placing orders with vendors
  • Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Coordinating the shipping and logistics of shipment rights and documentation; from the factory production readiness all the way to when the customer picks up the goods
  • Assisting with the resolution of customer complaints and disputes
  • Prepare sales reports and forecast future export sales

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably with a diploma/degree in Business Operations/Sales & Marketing/Engineering or equivalent
  • Independent and pro-active individual
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle external customers from different backgrounds and internal departments
  • Experience with SAP
  • Export/Regional Sales working experience will be advantageous
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian/Malay will be favorable
