Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of technical data submissions for customers
- Creation of documentation in SAP
- Generation of material planning reports and placing orders with vendors
- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure a smooth sales process
- Coordinating the shipping and logistics of shipment rights and documentation; from the factory production readiness all the way to when the customer picks up the goods
- Assisting with the resolution of customer complaints and disputes
- Prepare sales reports and forecast future export sales
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with a diploma/degree in Business Operations/Sales & Marketing/Engineering or equivalent
- Independent and pro-active individual
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle external customers from different backgrounds and internal departments
- Experience with SAP
- Export/Regional Sales working experience will be advantageous
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian/Malay will be favorable
