We are working with a great B2B exhibitions business that have recently launched in Asia after their success in the US and Europe. They are growing and looking for a sponsorship sales manager in the Singapore office. They cover a diverse range of shows within their portolfio.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling integrated and multi-channel sponsorship packages to clients for their events in APAC. If you are passionate about sales and want to play a crucial role in generating sponsorship revenue with businesses across APAC, this is the perfect role for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce a sales plan for the designated sales territory
- Generate sponsorship sales through developing and maintaining of key relationships with clients
- Understand the client's business needs and requirements.
- Be up to date with industry news and trends.
- Ensure weekly catch ups with the client success team to track progress of your client's campaigns
- Write great proposals using sales resources and the information gathered through client research and interaction
- Ensure all leads and contacts are followed up in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve the sales targets and work in line with the KPIs
- Work well together with the other teams in the organisation.
- Attend industry and company events when required
Your profile:
- A Bachelor's degree in business or related
- At least 2-3+ years of sales experience from an events background. SAAS or data/marketing intelligence and insights sales might also be suitable
- A consultative sales process in handling complex briefs.
- Solid track record in consistently delivering or exceeding sales targets
- Self-driven personality, ability to work independently or as a team
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
