The Beauty Consultant is the Dior Ambassador. She/he is to achieve one’s sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing the highest standard of service to customers. As a member of the Dior team, she/he represents the brand values towards the customers and demonstrates a Dior attitude at all times.
YOUR MISSION _________
Service:
- To offer top notch service to our clients
- To convey Dior’s image and values, and share your passion for Dior with each client
Sales:
- To achieve personal sales target, sales per transaction and units per transaction
- To maximise link sales and cross selling
- To provide good customer service to all customers in accordance to D.I.O.R
- To build good relationship with customers and department store staff
- To be attentive during daily brief and to contribute to the counter under Counter Head's guidance
Merchandising Checklist:
- To ensure counter is checked on a daily basis and is as per Dior's merchandising standards
- To ensure counter reflects at all times the current merchandising guidelines
- To ensure that counter, testers and stocks are kept clean and tidy at all times
- To adhere to daily planning by Counter Manager or Counter Head
Team Player:
- To undertake specific tasks as given by the Counter Manager, Retail Manager and / or Area Manager
- To work closely with Retail Manager and / or Area Manager if the counter does not have a Counter Manager
- Communicate and support each other to achieve set objectives
Good Product Knowledge:
- To give precise information and communicate features and benefits to all customers
Administrative:
- To assist Counter Manager in paperwork and ordering of stocks
