The Catering Executive meeting group coordinator prior to functions, make introductions and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable. Analyze events are order in order to gather guest information determine proper set up, timeline, specific guest needs, action stations etc. Follow up on special event arrangements to ensure compliance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Kitchen Duties:
• Involve in delivering, setting up and tearing down set ups in a timely and organized manner.
• Serves food and beverages to guests when required.
• Packing of logistic equipment and food for each event.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as may be requested of you from time to time.
Skills/Qualifications
• Team player/ Responsible/ Hardworking
• Preferably with 1 year’s relevant experience in general kitchen operations
• Minimum secondary school education and with a valid food safety course level 1 certificate
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Able to work independently and support other team members proactively
