JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work in various departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to gain a broad perspective of the business
- Perform assigned tasks and projects in each department to gain hands-on experience
- Participate in structured training programs and workshops
- Gain a thorough understanding of the company's operations, policies, and procedures
- Assist with planning and executing business projects
- Prepare reports and presentations based on findings
- Support daily operations and contribute to process improvements
- Develop leadership and managerial skills through mentorship and coaching
- Take on increasing responsibilities and demonstrate initiative
- Assist managers with administrative tasks and other duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Willing to learn and flexibility to adapt to working environment
