- Rotate through key departments to gain comprehensive business insights
- Work on real tasks and projects in each department, learning by doing

- Gain in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
- Assist in planning and executing impactful business initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations that shape business decisions

- Take on greater responsibilities as you grow, showing your initiative
- Support managers with a variety of tasks, contributing to the success of the team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong interest in gaining cross-functional business experience
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with different teams
