Job Description:
- Ensure brand integrity by verifying that all marketing materials, communications, and content conform to guidelines and SOPs.
- Organize and maintain marketing files and folders in a logical structure, with regular archiving of outdated materials.
- Work with the respective group for Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Create promotional materials, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate and execute events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Manage social media platform content and engage with followers.
- Support offline marketing initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Assist in designing visually appealing graphics for marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with respective groups to prepare online and offline marketing collateral.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare social media calendar and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), responding to customer inquiries to enhance social media presence.
- Update and manage the content of the company’s websites to ensure that the contents are up to date.
- Plan and manage annual A&P budget and overall marketing plans for the year.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Post Graduate Diploma, preferably in the field of Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, Retail or Tech industry.
- Candidates who have specialized in Marketing/E-commerce/website administration or equivalent are preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, resourceful, and good communication skills.
- Possess initiative and be results-oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently.
- Knowledge of copywriting skills will be a bonus.
