Job Description
- Responsible for the day to day management and development of the retail pharmacy business to ensure that it meets the financial and operational KPIs set for the business incl.
- Growing sales and the footprint
- Driving operational excellence
- Continuously improving the value proposition of the community pharmacy etc.
- Set the company’s overall health and beauty (HABA) growth plan incl.
- Identifying new product trends and opportunities
- Working with suppliers, the merchandising team and other channel General Managers to drive HABA product sales across different retail formats etc.
- Drive the development and implementation of the strategy to increase the company’s mindshare and market share in wellness incl. driving the branding and marketing efforts, developing new products and services, test piloting new retail models/ formats online and offline
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven success in a senior leadership role
- Strong decision-making ability
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
- Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
- Experience in conducting performance evaluations
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field
