Responsibilities:
1.Production Operation:
Operate and oversee food production equipment during scheduled night shifts, weekends, and public holidays to ensure seamless production processes.
2.Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks on raw materials, intermediate stages, and finished products to uphold quality standards during non-standard work hours.
3.Equipment Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment during off-peak hours to minimize disruption to regular operations.
4.Adherence to Safety Standards:
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times, particularly when fewer staff members may be present during night shifts and holidays.
5.Team Collaboration:
Coordinate effectively with other team members working during overlapping shifts to maintain communication and operational continuity.
6.Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot and address any production issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure productivity throughout non-standard work hours.
7.Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality control checks, and equipment maintenance during night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
