Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily landscape operations, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
- Develop and implement landscape maintenance schedules and plans.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project progress and quality.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for landscape projects.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscape management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Landscape Management, Horticulture) are preferred.
