- Conduct evaluation studies on selected LED lighting products, feasibility tests for machine vision components, and image processing capability assessments, either in our in-house test lab or at customer locations.
- Provide technical consultations regarding machine vision components, including lighting, lenses, cameras, and controllers, in response to inquiries.
- Collaborate with vendors or integrators of machine vision components on technical issues.
- Organize lighting seminars and training sessions for new or existing customers.
- Oversee the management of test lab equipment and prepare demonstration loaners for customers.
- Assist the sales team with technical expertise and project guidance.
- Inspect returned loaners for physical condition and basic functionality.
- Perform product failure analysis and generate reports.
