The Client Executive (CE) serves as the voice of the client to Altera and the voice of Altera to the client. As a CE, you will not only be the main point of contact for our clients but also a strategic ally who ensures their success and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client advocate, building strong C-suite relationships and aligning Altera solutions with strategic priorities.
- Identify and drive value-added solutions, leveraging deep client knowledge and Altera expertise.
- Foster client satisfaction through exceptional service, proactive communication, and strategic problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and successful project execution.
- You will represent Altera leadership in multiple client touchpoints, tradeshows and conferences.
- Manage the sales opportunities by collaborating with the inside sales team to enhance the sales process and improve efficiency.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in client account management and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention.
- The ideal person will be an excellent communicator, with a skill in problem solving.
- An understanding or experience within a similar healthcare setting would be advantageous.
Working Arrangements
- Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements.
- Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely.
- May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays.
- On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs.
- Up to 25% travel may be required.
