Responsibilities:
· Lead and oversee various functional teams responsible for optimizing all aspects of the company's operational processes
· Manage sales order fulfilment, procurement, logistics operations, end-of-lease (EOL) operations, ensuring operational effectiveness to achieve budget goals
· Maintain good supplier working relationships and manage procurement processes
· Conduct regular inventory checks, implementing corrective actions to maintain optimal inventory levels and operational efficiency
· Provide smooth management of EOL processes, overseeing activities such as tracking EOL assets progress, driving process improvements, etc
· Oversee logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations
· Continuously optimize workflows to minimize costs and enhance delivery service levels
· Monitor logistics service provider performance, providing regular feedback to maintain high service level standards
· Budgeting and Financial Management
· Supporting internal and external audits as needed
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
· With 4 to 8 years of experience in Operations Management (IT Industry)
· Proficiency in software and systems for Inventory Management, Procurement and Logistics
· Strong leadership skills
