The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for FaithWorks Enterprise. This role will involve managing a team of sales representatives, building strong customer relationships, and overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Motivate and coach sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
