Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon their arrival at the service center.
- Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and provide accurate details regarding service options and pricing.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure vehicles are completed on time.
- Escort customers to the waiting area and keep them updated on the status of their vehicles as needed.
- Support vehicle check-in and check-out procedures, including documenting vehicle conditions and securing customer signatures.
- Handle incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service reception area and customer waiting lounge.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing service records, preparing invoices, and processing payments.
- Work collaboratively with team members to help achieve overall departmental goals.
