New Generation Leader
We are hiring PEOPLE with a PASSION for PEOPLE, FOOD & SERVICE.
Objective: To groom highly potential candidates to achieve Skyrocket growth in our company and become leaders at high management levels in the future.
- 1 year intensive & multi-dimensioned program.
- 9 months mainly operations (3 months in kitchen, 6 months in service, bar and admin)
- 3 months: Diverse kinds of training with internal active &hands-on project to solve our issues on the ground.
- Pass the assessment of kitchen & bar within 6 months.
- Training to become Assistant Manager/Outlet in charge
- Handle operations alone / Able to train new staff
- Ensure CX/EX (Customer experience / Employee experience)
- Outlet schedule / Outlet ordering / Daily and Monthly inventory
Requirements: 1-year experience in the food and beverage industry, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong leadership skills and team motivator
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Remuneration Packagebasede on 48 hours per week 6days per month

Salary of up to S$2,600 per month for the right candidate
