Job Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline support to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including opening job cards, processing invoices, and managing internal and warranty billings.
  • Engage with customers regarding car servicing, repairs, and test drives.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Collaborate with the Parts department and workshop to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
  • Responsible for meeting overall business objectives and improving technician productivity.
  • Assist in preparing repair and accident quotations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in computer applications with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
