- 2+ years of experience in product management or ownership in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Review Functional Specifications Document (FSD) to ensure that specifications are designed in accordance to business requirements
- Supervise a team of User Acceptance Test (UAT) Engineers to manage on-time delivery of projects within agreed scope and approved budget
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
