Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Infant Care Provider, Childminder, or Nanny to care for our little ones. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a strong understanding of infant and childcare practices, and excellent interpersonal skills to build a positive relationship with our family.
Responsibilities:
· Provide attentive and nurturing care for infants and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
· Assist with daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap times.
· Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children(including new born babies) .
· Communicate effectively with parents about the child’s development and any concerns.
· Adapt to the individual needs of each child and respond to their changing requirements.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in infant care or childcare.
· Physically fit and able to perform the demands of baby care, including lifting and carrying infants.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with children and parents.
· Strong references that reflect experience and reliability.
· CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
· Background check required.
