Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with expertise in infant care to provide high-quality, home-based nursing support for our little ones. The ideal candidate will possess a strong nursing background, exceptional caregiving skills, and a commitment to nurturing the health and development of infants.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive nursing care to infants, ensuring their health and well-being.
· Monitor vital signs, growth, and developmental milestones, and report any concerns to parents.
· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate records.
· Educate parents on infant care best practices, including feeding, hygiene, and developmental activities.
· Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
· Maintain a safe and clean environment for the infant.
· Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in infant care or pediatric nursing.
· Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
· Valid Basic Life Support Certification (BSLC).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with parents and children.
· Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment in various situations.
· Background check required.
