· Ensuring smooth operations, providing support and maintaining configurations
· Daily Operations and Support
· Security and Compliance Management
· Proactive Monitoring, Configuration and Administration
· Service Request and Change Management
· M365 License Management
Requirements:
· Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate / Security Administrator Associate
· 3 years of experience in administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services
· Strong understanding of M365 services, including Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Intune
· Ability to monitor and manage M365 licenses effectively
· Familiarity with Conditional Access rules, DLP policies, and security best practices
· Hands-on experience with Incident and Change Management processes
· Understanding of M365 security and compliance requirements
· Excellent communication skills and manage multiple tasks
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
