About the team
Our International Merchant Solutions division at Worldpay is booming. With significant revenue increases year on year, the business is the engine room of our global strategy. As experts in what we do, we operate across verticals that represent the most exciting opportunities for global eCommerce growth – Digital Content, Retail, Airlines, Crypto, Regulated Gambling and Travel – and in doing so we are privileged to partner with many of the world’s most dynamic organizations.
What you’ll own
As a Client Relations Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent and consistent rapport with Worldpay enterprise clients. You will act as the primary liaison for the service side of the client relationship, including ongoing relationship management, escalations, project oversight and service delivery.
- Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for an assigned portfolio of large enterprise clients.
- Serve as primary point of contact to support problem resolution and ensure client retention.
- Develop strong working relationships with assigned clients and Worldpay from resources.
- Collaborate effectively with your team and internal stakeholders, improving and challenging existing internal processes for the benefit of the customer.
- Identify opportunities to grow our clients’ share of wallet through cross-sell of value-added services.
- Coordinate with clients, relationship managers and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.

You’ll own it in our APAC hub. With hubs in the heart of city centers and tech capitals, things move fast in APAC. We pride ourselves on being an agile and dynamic collective, collaborating with different teams and offices across the globe.
What you bring
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, both internally as well as externally
- Organizational and time management skills • Broad knowledge of Worldpay from products and related services
- A strong aptitude to analyze and solve problems
- Prior banking or finance related experiences a plus.
