Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Service Crew member to join our team at Suntec City. In this role, you’ll provide excellent customer service, handle reservations, take and serve orders, and assist with basic technical support. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and courteous service to ensure a positive customer experience
- Handle phone reservations and enquiries efficiently
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage point-of-sales systems
- Offer basic technical support, including microphone and karaoke system checks
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work unsupervised while delivering high-quality work
- Communicate clearly with the team and management
- Adhere to hygiene standards and present a neat appearance
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
- Comfortable handling alcoholic beverages as part of the job
