Requirements
- Daily operation at Front of House
- Prepare F&B according to SOP
- Prepare espresso coffee, coffee latte art, smoothie, waffle and other food or beverage items according to SOP
- Assist in preparation of menu items according to SOP
- Punctuality is a must
- Hardworking, patient and passionate working attitude.
- Assist in customer service, cashier duties, dishwashing duties, general cleaning of cafe and maintain aesthetics of cafe.
- Assist inventory stock check
- Assist in kitchen operation
- Assist in ordering of materials (Senior position)
- Assist in rostering duties and general administrative work (Senior position)
- Assist the manager as required due to business needs.
- Providing highest quality standard in customer service and 5S housekeeping
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety according to SFA food hygiene and practices
