Either
Infrastructure Projects – Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a
University recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) and/or
accreditation recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
Or
Building Projects – Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying from a University recognized by the respective Professional Bodies or Professional Institutions.
At least 5 years of practical experience in the management of building (e.g. new
building, R&R and A&A projects) or infrastructure (e.g. road, drain, sewers,
services diversion) projects with contract value of $5 million and above.
The PM must be familiar with PSSCOC.
Involvement in Integrated DigitalDelivery (IDD) for project delivery and built environment industry will be an added advantage.
