- The ideal candidate for the role of RTO-Building should possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience as an RTO, with a focus on supervising works related to bored piling and temporary, including at least three (3) years of direct supervision experience.
- A Diploma from a Polytechnic or equivalent qualifications is highly preferred for the RTO-Geo position.
- Accreditation with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore is a mandatory requirement for the RTO-Geo role.
- In addition to relevant qualifications and experience, the RTO-Geo must hold a valid certificate in the Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.
- The successful candidate for the RTO-Geo position should have developed and implemented a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or its equivalent.
- Proficiency in understanding and applying statutory codes, quality control procedures, and construction administration is essential for effective site supervision and progress reporting.
- Strong analytical abilities, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills, are key attributes expected from the RTO-Geo.
- The RTO-Geo should demonstrate competence in maintaining accurate and up-to-date site records tracking the progress of work.

- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts are required for the RTO-Geo role to ensure effective site supervision and management.
