Job Title: Social Media Marketing
Location: Tampines
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing to join our team and help drive our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:Develop, schedule, and post engaging content on Facebook, Google Ads and Instagram
Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity.
Engage with users, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive online community.
Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Content Creation:Collaborate with the design and content team to create visuals, ad copy, and video content.
Ensure brand consistency and voice across all digital platforms.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
Provide weekly and monthly reports to the marketing team.
Suggest strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative and HR roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
