Information:
- Salary range: $3,000 - $3,500
- Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am to 6:10pm)
Responsbilities:
- Full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and document all transactions.
- Process Goods Return Note, Bank in cheque & update of incoming funds in system.
- Update payment and follow-up with customers on overdue sums & debts collection.
- Reconcile Customer Collection with Bank Ledger.
- Monitoring monthly /weekly Debtors aging.
- Mailing of Statement of Accounts to customers and respond to their inquiries.
- Prepare AR monthly cash flow forecast, and Journal entries for accruals & other adjustment.
- Prepare monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules.
- Liaising with auditors and assist in process improvement
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance.
- Proficiency in Excel and other application
