Job Summary

Join our dynamic Singapore office as a Senior HR Executive, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our people and culture initiatives. You’ll be instrumental in implementing localized HR policies and procedures, sourcing and recruiting talent, and contributing to the overall HR strategy of the firm. Key Responsibilities and Duties

Recruitment

  • Draft and post job advertisements on MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn and the HFW website/intranet
  • Conduct initial resume screenings and submit shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Draft employment contracts using templates
  • Manage end-to-end trainee recruitment in Singapore

On-boarding and Off-boarding

  • Prepare new hire paperwork
  • Enter new employees into various systems
  • Plan and book induction training sessions
  • Ensure induction and employee manuals are up-to-date
  • Coordinate corporate portraits with the receptionist

General Administration

  • Maintain and update personnel records and HR systems
  • Handle inquiries from recruitment agencies and candidates
  • Track and manage key HR dates and deadlines
  • Prepare and issue various HR-related documents
  • Conduct regular audits of HR information and records
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, visa applications for business travel
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Remuneration and Benefits

  • Complete and submit required government surveys and reports
  • Administer and coordinate staff insurance, including claims
  • Manage leave records

Employee Relations

  • Coordinate practicing certificate renewals
  • Manage the registration and renewal of Foreign Lawyer certifications
  • Coordinate secondments, terminations, transfers
  • Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations for entry visas, employment passes, and dependant passes with ICA/MOM

Experience, Qualifications and Skills

  • Essential: HR tertiary qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience within professional services
  • Sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices
  • High competence in handling employee relations matters
  • Ability to liaise effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to details
  • Strong professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to manage projects and deliver outcomes
  • Action-oriented with a track record of meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality
  • Advanced MS Office skills
