Key Responsibilities

· Experience in administering and supporting Microsoft 365 Cloud services.

· Daily Operations and Support for Microsoft Azure Cloud

· Configuration and Administration

· Service Request and Change Management

· Security and Compliance Management

· Proactive Monitoring and Problem Prevention

· Familiarity with Conditional Access rules, DLP policies, and security best practices.

· Hands-on experience with Incident/Problem and Change Management processes.

· Understanding of M365 security and compliance requirements.

· Ability to monitor and manage M365 licenses effectively.

· Microsoft Azure Administration and Configuration certifications
