Job Responsibilities:
• Handle daily document transactions and services to customers (issue PO, Invoice, Daily sales report, etc.)
• Coordinate with finance team to proceed custom clearance and incoming tax payment. Manage on-time monthly closing in system.
• Confirm product availability with customers and coordinate with SCM team and warehouse in term of logistic and other related sales issue.
• Provide good customer service, attitude and communication including face to face, telephone and email.
• Support sales other duties as assigned. (service, stock available, product details, pricing and others.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma
Able to start immediately
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
