- Basic $3000 - $3500
- Location: Central - Redhill
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Sat 9am-1pm ( 1 month 1 time)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the General Insurance industry/ Motor Insurance
- Certificate in General Insurance preferred, without must be open to obtain
Job Responsibilities:
- Main contact for clients and intermediaries, handling inquiries, renewals, and endorsements.
- Analyze premium income and assist with reporting.
- Prepare insurance quotes as per guidelines.
- Support accounts with premium collection and fronting policies.
- Coordinate benefit services with vendors.
- Provide excellent service to Japanese clients, managing inquiries, complaints, and claims.
- Conduct client visits for business, renewals, and claims updates.
- Build strong client relationships to grow business opportunities.
