We are seeking a skilled Desktop Infrastructure Manager to deliver enterprise-level end-user computing services to Public Service agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and maintain reliable desktop services across Public Service agencies.
- Address issues, changes, and improvements with the support of outsourced service providers.
- Plan and implement new initiatives to enhance end-point technologies.
- Manage projects to standardize desktop services, improving efficiency and satisfaction.
- Work with team leaders and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for end-point services.
