Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
- Stakeholder management. Providing necessary details to the onsite lead for creation of customer reports
- Maintenance of support documents
- Discuss with business users for any new interface requirements and propose a solution
Must-Have:
- Having knowledge of EPM Administration activities
- Understanding of the integrations between ERP and EPM.
- Having knowledge of EPM Administration activities
- Understanding of the EPM updates
- Experience of analyzing the Read me of the patches and discuss with business about the new features.
- Experience in troubleshooting integration issues
- Collaboration with 3rd party stakeholders
Good-to-Have:
Ability to effectively interface with all departments within an organization and IT.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to senior management.
