Job Scope
1) To assist the Production Manager to plan job assignment to staffs, and manage the packing, incoming and outgoing processes.
2) To ensure good customer service and quality product to customers.
3) To meet target for all job orders for the day and ensure effectiveness of the team.
4) Assist in process improvement projects undertake by the Manager.
5) Train and guide all staffs to be in compliance of GMP, FSMS and ISO22000.
6) Maintain all equipments and cleanliness in the production room to ensure the compliance to standards.
7) Ensure and implement projects to a safe working environment in the production room.
Requirements
1) Experience in Fresh Produce Production an advantage.
2) Knowledge of cold chain supply and Good Manufacturing Practice for better control between processes.
3) Good work attitude, able to communicate effectively with co-workers.
4) Able to use basic software (Words, Excel, Powerpoint etc) for analytical and presentation purposes.
