DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Accounts Executive duties and responsibilities are as follows:
· Handle full set of accounts for monthly closing which includes :-
- Raise invoices
- Raise journals
- Input of invoices and payment of invoices
- Preparation of suppliers’ payment
- Cash book maintenance
- Cash flow projection
- Monthly Management Reports
- GST preparation and submission
- Tax preparation and submission
- Preparation and sending out the monthly Statement of Accounts to customers
· Quarterly, half yearly and year-end financial closing.
· Preparation of Financial Statements for year-end closing
· Preparation of Audit Schedules
· XBRL preparation and submission of Financial Statements
· Assist in internal and external audit
· Assist in tax and GST queries
· Ensure compliances of Accounting standards and regulations
· Other duties as assigned by Departmental Manager.
