RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and monitor project schedules as per completion dates simulated in contract.
- Prepare and update baseline programme, 6 months look ahead programme, 3months and 4 weeks rolling programme.
- Prepare monthly progress report with Progress S-curve.
- Coordinate with internal QS and engineers for site progress update and claims.
- Coordinate with client’s planner on programme and progress matters.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic technical expertise and knowledge on Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation works.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Engineering/Construction related disciplines or equivalent field from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of planning processes, tools etc.
- At least 3 Years of relevant experience in the construction and building industry. Preferably specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Salary: From $4,000-$5,000 / Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
