Job Description:
- Seek confirmation from department/ staff on training programs.
- Liaise with vendor on confirmation of course and details
- Register staff for courses, send registered/confirmation notice and process payment.
- Set up classroom / coordinate with MU/housekeeping on training room matters.
- Order refreshment for in-house courses
- Assist with archival and shredding of documents
- Support learner engagement activities for core/digital learning
- Follow up with department on completion for mandatory programs
- Maintain engagement space in training room
- Maintain supplies of stationery and logistics for in-house programs
- Other HR duties may be assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any related course of study
- Candidates with no exp are welcome to apply
