Responsibilities
- Lead business and technology outcomes for assigned programs or projects.
- Utilize standard tools and methodologies to deliver and monitor service level agreements.
- Manage the project team to ensure timely delivery of milestones within budget.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Program Project Management.
- Expertise in Business Process Design, M&A Integration Management Office (IMO), and Requirements Analysis is a plus.
- Proactively manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including costing and budgeting.
- Experience in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices.
- Familiarity with KYC systems, such as Detica or NetReveal, is a plus.
- Proven experience in system implementation project management, with the ability to drive discussions and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
