In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the translation of commercial strategy into content and communications on behalf of a skincare brand. The main responsibility of this individual is to help support a skincare brand in its path to gaining relevancy and growing share by delivering a consistent brand positioning and equity within the U.S. Marketplace. You will also work alongside the Senior Manager of Content & Comms and key partners.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Support Senior Marketing Manager in establishing a new communications ecosystem for a skincare brand
- Oversee communications efforts for multiple strategic projects from business brief to execution.
- Partner with agency roster to develop communication assets that drive consistency with the entire skincare brand ecosystem and deliver on the business objectives
- Create localized digital/creator-led first communications that drive relevancy
- Partner with Media team to ensure delivery of assets on time to meet the media plan requirements and ensure delivery of business results tied to media and creative
- Follow processes that seamlessly manages the input and approval of key partners like Legal, Regulatory, & R&D
- Shape and execution innovation; business & financial case, validation, design, execution toolkits.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a BA/BS degree is required; a Master’s in business or marketing specialization preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing, sales or related experience is required
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred industry experience of Fashion, Beauty, Skincare, FMCG, Creative/PR Agency, or Consulting
- Experience leading and developing teams of teams
- Experience leading cross-functionals and agencies to develop a communications strategy for multiple brands or priorities
- Demonstrated ability to own commercial strategy and translate to communications strategy
- You should possess excellent creative instincts and strong leadership skills
- Strategy and data are the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required.
- Digital marketing experience is critical.
- Budget management and forecasting experience.
