Part Time Admin

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the facial recognition system, including support for new users’ setup and maintenance (can work with external vendor)..
  • Procuring laptops and configuring them for new employees or as replacements for existing staff.
  • Safely wiping data from laptops before reassignment or disposal.
  • Keeping the Avaya phone system up-to-date and configuring it for new team members.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive record of laptops, including their status and location within the organization.
  • Coordinating planned shutdowns and startups to perform system backups and ensure data recovery in collaboration with headquarters.
  • Setting up and managing the mapping of network drives for efficient data access and sharing.
  • Assist in accounts payable, and accounts receivable, banking in cheques

Requirement

  • Work experience as finance, administrative support
  • Proficient in office style writing and use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Understanding in IT applications and systems is preferable
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proactive, resourceful and meticulous
  • Able to work independently and is a good team player
  • Good communication skills and pleasant disposition
