Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the facial recognition system, including support for new users’ setup and maintenance (can work with external vendor)..
- Procuring laptops and configuring them for new employees or as replacements for existing staff.
- Safely wiping data from laptops before reassignment or disposal.
- Keeping the Avaya phone system up-to-date and configuring it for new team members.
- Maintaining a comprehensive record of laptops, including their status and location within the organization.
- Coordinating planned shutdowns and startups to perform system backups and ensure data recovery in collaboration with headquarters.
- Setting up and managing the mapping of network drives for efficient data access and sharing.
- Assist in accounts payable, and accounts receivable, banking in cheques
Requirement
- Work experience as finance, administrative support
- Proficient in office style writing and use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Understanding in IT applications and systems is preferable
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Proactive, resourceful and meticulous
- Able to work independently and is a good team player
- Good communication skills and pleasant disposition
