We are hiring Contract Customer Service Clerk to be outsourced to many reputable healthcare organisations!
Job Description:
• Administer high volume of incoming phone calls and emails on a daily basis
• Handling enquiries/ feedbacks
• Registration of visitors/ patients at the counter
• Must be able to commit to OT when business needs arises
• Any other reasonable ad-hoc duties as assigned
Working hours:
• 9am to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays)
• 9am to 1pm (Saturdays)
Requirement:
• Min. N Levels and above
• Candidates with some customer service experience will be advantageous
• Min. commitment of 3 months onwards
