Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales target and manage outlet's sales performance.
- Manage resources to ensure smooth running of store operations.
- To deliver excellent customer service to the customers by demonstrating thorough knowledge of the brand and products.
- Manage and maintain store facilities.
- Monitor merchandising and visual display.
- Lead and motivate team to contribute to productivity improvement.
- Provide direction and guidance to staff.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma/GCE'A'/'O'/'N' level with at least 3 years working experience in the health supplement industry and related fields in product function.
- Ability to self-motivate, decisive and results-oriented with a passion in retail sales and health supplements.
- Excellent communication and numerical skills
- To work in a fast-paced, diverse and customer-centric store environment
