About This Role
As the VP, you will lead financial planning and analysis across Singapore, providing key insights and strategies to senior leadership. You’ll manage sales and margin forecasting, resource allocation, and monitor business performance to align with financial goals. Additionally, you’ll lead a team of finance professionals, working across functions to optimize investment decisions in areas such as store development, marketing, IT infrastructure, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead VP activities for Singapore, including sales and gross margin forecasting.
Partner with cross-functional teams on investment decisions
Identify risks and opportunities in business performance and market conditions.
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
Oversee inventory management and optimize turnover, setting OTB (open-to-buy) budgets.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, supporting financial decision-making.
Requirements
10+ years of VP experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team across multiple locations.
Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., PBCS, CORA, RPAS) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluency in English is required
Ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
Academic requirements: Bachelor's degree and above
