My client is a rapidly growing software company headquartered in the US. With ambitious expansion plans in Asia, they are seeking an APAC VP, Service Delivery to join their team.

Job Summary:

The VP, Service Delivery will oversee the delivery of software solutions, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality services to customers. This leader will manage teams, processes, and technology to drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute service delivery strategies aligned with business objectives.

2. Team Management: Lead and develop a team of service delivery managers, project managers, and technical professionals.

3. Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and account growth.

4. Service Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software solutions, including:

- Project planning and execution

- Quality assurance

- Configuration and deployment

- Testing and validation

- Maintenance and support

5. Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes, methodologies, and tools.

6. Budgeting and Finance: Manage service delivery budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

7. Technology and Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative delivery methods.

8. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance and minimizing disruptions.

9. Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.

10. Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. 15+ years of experience in software service delivery, consulting, or managed services.

2. Proven track record of leadership, team management, and customer satisfaction.

3. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

5. Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL).

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure).

2. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Docker).

3. Certification in project management (PMP), ITIL, or related fields.

4. Experience with SCM, CRM, ERP, PLM softwares will be a bonus.
